Waited 10 minutes before our waiter finally came up. Was never asked what we wanted to drink Had to remind him several times that we were missing items from our orders And worst of all was in there for almost 2 hrs Not a bad kid just seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and honestly shouldâve had someone standing with him and training him on procedure.

I normally donât leave bad reviews. I myself am a server and I get it. But wow. Walked in on a Friday morning with two friends and we got lucky to get a booth as soon as we got there. Couldnât tell if the waiter was shy or rude at first but itâs waffle house so I donât expect much. We ordered our drinks and food all at the same time. After the drinks she brings out the food and every single plate is wrong. All three. She knew it was wrong and still bought it out. Then says âwell do you want it or do you want me to fix it?â. me and my one friend just picked off what was wrong but my other friend had not one single thing they actually ordered so he sent it back to get you know ⊠what he ordered. as soon as she bought out the third plate she slams the ticket on the table and never says one word to us. No asking how the food was. No Apologizing for what it seemed like blatantly getting every order wrong. No refills. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day and wrote stuff down wrong. But wow. I donât think iâve ever been treated so rudely anywhere for no reason.

We went to several waffle houses while on a trip. The food was horrible at one in Hardeville sc aNd closed after 830 pm at others. This local to me Waffle House here in Conway SC was wonderful.
Hashbrowns were not as crispy or cooked as thoroughly as I expected them to be. Server was very kind. Womenâs bathroom was beyond filthy, the toilet was covered in toilet paper. I never walked out of the bathroom so fast. There was water dripping from several parts of the ceiling. The dishwashing sink was right behind the counter seating where I sat, and I could feel soap suds and water splashing onto my body and my food. Not sure Iâd recommend this establishment unless ordering take out.

I hadn't been to a Waffle House in decades and now I remember why. The server was obviously new, and I'll cut him some slack for that, but he seemed lost. I hope he catches on and does well. The cook was doing her job well, but distracted and frustrated by the server. She was trying to help him, but visibly frustrated. The food was, well, not the best.

Bad staff attitude. They saw us waiting to order our foods but kept ignoring us. We ended up leaving after waiting for 15 minutes because I didn't even wanna bother grabbing a staff member attention at that point. This place doesn't even deserve one star.
