Been a while since our last WH visit over a decade ago (we live up north, no WHs in the area). Last visit was grungy. This time was pleasantly surprised. It was a busy Monday morning but we were able to grab a table right when we walked in. The server was available right away and was very friendly and competent. Meal came quickly and was yummy and best of all, very affordable!

They are super friendly and the place was pretty clean. We split a hash brown bowl and biscuits and gravy. Not an expensive place to eat and serving sizes were very generous. Reminds me a Dennys for a breakfast place or a Fats Nats back in Minnesota as far as food quality.
Service was slow. It seems out waitress was more interested in talking with the cook than taking care of the two tables in the entire restaurant

This Waffle House location is absolutely trash. When I first came in to pick up my order, I checked the bag quickly. One of the employees said, âOh, youâre just checking to make sure we got everything right? Okay haha.â I didnât think theyâd forget BACON, one of the main things I ordered.
I get to my job, open my food before going in, and realize there is NO bacon. So now I have to leave work, waste gas, and come all the way back because they canât get a simple order right.
When I returned, the toast was cold and soggy. My eggs were supposed to be over medium, and somehow they were over easy. Everything was wrong. It wasnât even busy!!! There was 1 customer in there! Iâve worked in the food industry, itâs not hard to get orders correct especially TOGO orders when itâs dead
The manager was standing right there while I explained the situation and didnât offer a refund, discount, replacement, gift card â NOTHING. Not even an apology. Just acted like it was no big deal. âThanks for coming back in.â $24+ wasted.
Itâs insane for a customer to have to go back over something this basic and still be treated like itâs whatever. I usually go to a different Waffle House and never have these issues. Coming to this one was my mistake.
Donât come to this Waffle House if you want your order correct, hot, or handled with any level of customer service.
