I came by for my boyfriend’s birthday, it is his favorite. The staff was Amazing!! Ty, Tish, and Aiden (hope the spelling is correct) were wonderful. I was able to purchase a few coffee mugs to go with his surprise new coffee maker. A birthday waffle made his day. We joked about football and my cool hat. Thank you all for the small gestures that meant so much to us. You are appreciated!! GO EAGLES

How can you possibly go wrong with waffle House? Nothing can touch the value for what you get. The only minor complaint is that sometimes the eggs are inconsistently cooked. Sometimes they're overcooked and sometimes undercooked.
But that's not enough for me to take the five stars away because well, it's waffle House.

Today I went at 8 am, everything was fine, the waiter who served us was very friendly, but the manager treated her employees very badly and in front of all the customers she scolded and yelled at a girl who was going to an interview. This situation made me very uncomfortable and not wanting to go back to that waffle house because of that person's arrogance.

We usually order for a pick up from this location and while the food is great, I am so frustrated with the pick up order missing items. Today we have ordered a few breakfast items and yet again, when we got home there was an order of bacon missing. I understand mistakes happened but this place has been very consistent with omitting items from my pick up orders. The place is charging a service fee for all pick up orders. Shouldn’t someone verify all the items that were order were put into the bag? Very upsetting paying for stuff that does not get included with the order.
