the crew is very disrespectful I placed my order no receipt, the eye rolls then aggressively push my food to where it almost fell off the counter then started to talk shit in Spanish as I walked away this place is probably the worst Wendy's in town due the the lack of respect for anyone

I went to get my son some lunch, and my card was run. I was asked if I needed a receipt, and I told them no because the transaction had gone through. When I got to the second window, I was told I needed to pay in cash. They said their system had gone down, so they didn’t have a record of the payment since I didn’t take the receipt. My credit card is under my husband’s name, and I’m only an authorized user, so I don’t have the account on my phone. I explained that the transaction had gone through, as the employee at the first window had told me. Instead of discussing it with me, the employee at the second window decided to shut the window and left me there by myself for a good 5 minutes before another worker came over, leaned against the window, and tried to get me to leave. I would not recommend this Wendy’s location; the service was absolutely awful.

The manager was taking my order and just straight up walked away when I was in the middle of my order. Very rude, some other lady later showed up to finish my order, only wanted 2 meals! Only went to Wendy's because chick fa la is closed for renovations. Won't be returning that's for sure

They always have great food, but they have to be in the slowest fast food restaurant no matter where you go, and they always get your order wrong.
They play games. Went to one door it was locked and mind you this is for a delivery. Went through the drive thru he tells me to come to the other side and I go and that door is locked. I knock and knock on the door but if you’re reading this at this point any normal person knows that this is already doing too much: to proceed somebody finally comes and just looks and tells me to go to the other door which is STILL LOCKED!
Everytime I order a drink they fill the cup with so much ice you barely get any drink and fries are never cook where there not soggy, no customer service you have to ask for sauce or ketchup silverware

Empty restaurant should have been a clue. The man who took our order was not customer service friendly. The burgers didn't taste the way most Wendy's burgers taste. Usually, I want to go back for more.
