I like Wendy's from back in the days however I think that the burgers quality has went down. I do want to give a Shout out for their breakfast creations. The Maple Chicken sandwich and potatoes Amazing!

Went through the drive-thru on the way down to Virginia Beach. Baconator, classic chicken, and a kids meal. Ate in the car. The food was hot to the touch which was great because I knew it was fresh. Probably the most fresh I've had from a Wendy's. We ate in the car in the parking lot. Good times!

Food is good. Customer service is terrible!!! They have no problem hanging up on you when you question why an order was placed and looked like it someone, not me, had picked it up. Horrible ! I tried calling again and person did not pick up the phone. I hope/wish they do better. Rude rude rude!!!

I went at 10am to get 2 frostys. I noticed hard pieces of small clear little objects after taking a few sips. There was small pieces of glass or plastic in my frosty. I called wendys to tell them and the manager acted like she couldn’t hear me. Beware

While other fast food chains are falling off. Wendy's is definitely stepping up to the competition. I worked for Birchwood Foods in GA. The slogan always fresh and never frozen is a true statement. So I only eat Wendy's when I want fast food.

I went in a day before this incident happened to order me a salad. It was a Parmesan Caesar salad, I guess and when I got home from a long day of not eating to find out that the salad didn’t look like a salad. It looked like someone just threw some little bit of cheese and a couple of pieces of meat and a whole bunch of Lettuce. Anyway, I went there today and the manager or supervisor who was a Hispanic man attended to my situation and he was not customer service friendly. He wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t customer service friendly to the situation of me bringing back the salad that was partially eight yes didn’t know that my salad was gonna look like that when I got home I had to eat. Most of the salad came back, but the first thing he said was you ate it already? That didn’t sit well with me so with that I will be contacting corporate since you wanna make a big deal out of something instead of offer me something else he gave me back the same exact thing.
