The staff is friendly-ish. But somehow messed up my drink, I ordered a large strawberry lemonade and ended with a large sprite. They had me pull forward and wait for fries (not an issue) but when they gave me my food they RAN off. I wanted to ask for some sauce but the lobby was closed and all of the doors were locked (understandable). I just hope my future interactions are better than this one.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever the one time I went here and had hair in my food i told the lady at the window and she snatched the bag out of my hand so I went inside the manager sitting on his phone not paying attention then he finally comes over then I tell him what’s going on and he starts laughing I went today 3/16 and asked for my burgers off the grill I get my food and my burgers are cold so then I let them know the guy that was at the window snatched the bag from me so this is the second time so then the same manager comes over doesn’t do anything or sayin anything so I say excuse your works are really rude he said so and what’s going on I said u asked for my burgers off the grill and they are cold then people start coming to the video and looking out the window talking in Spanish and start laughing so I ask for a refund the girl Venessa comes to the window and snatches the receipt out my hand never ever will I be returning to this Wendy’s it’s both but rude and disrespectful people who work there they throw the bag in your hand when you go to grab your food from them

Most staff were unfamiliar with the APP, the food was good, and the manager was cool. Wendy's Corporation should make things easier on their staff. Prices are kind of crazy! Cleanliness needed a bit of attention.

Did the cooks really come up to the drive through window to argue about the wording of my order?"large number one double, with a coke" - and everything was verified correct on the screen. If your staff doesn't can't figure it out that's your problem, keep it in the kitchen. And I could tell the nice cashier didn't appreciate your attitude either.

Are they stupid or just incompetent? These are Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwiches. No one ordered onion, ketchup (and mayonnaise but only on one), pickles and the saddest dollar menu chicken fillets ever, but that is what we got. They didn't even give a receipt but pretty sure this wasn't worth the $27 it costs. I officially hate Wendy's, so good job.
