I wish this establishment would go back to there delivery drivers, door dash is ridiculous i dislike it with a passion. My food has been wrong ever since smh the food isn't top tier the bacon is scraps it's ridiculous

I know every Wendy's has their issues but I just love Wendy's over McDonalds or Burger King. It's still fairly priced versus the boutique burger chains.

I got a biggie bag for my younger son and a large baconator meal for my older son. Got Sprite to go with the large meal, and Barq's root beer to go with the biggie bag. I shared the large fries with my older son. They were perfect- not too hot and the right amount of salt. My younger son only wanted the burger and small fries, so I drank the root beer and ate the 4 tiny nuggets, lol. The nuggets are a bit smaller than McDonald's and while they tasted ok, I wouldn't eat them again. I don't like that 'filler' kind of chicken that comes out of a machine and is shaped into a nugget. I prefer real chicken breast. This Wendy's was easily accessible as we were on our way home, and it only took about 5 minutes in the drive-through. Both the person who took our order and the person who took payment and gave me the food were pleasant and helpful, so that's always great in a drive-through!! The food was placed neatly and carefully into the 2 bags, and we had a great experience at this Wendy's.

There was some weave put into my fries and very fragrant lotion smell, so the hygiene of the workers isn't very high here. Also, I ordered multiple sets of nuggets and they only gave me one. Horrible service.

Every time my husband & I come in this Wendy's it always something. Today when we arrived as soon as I ordered I was told they are out of potatoes at 6:24 P.M. . Then the mgr. Spoke up to inform the cashier that they do have them after all. Then after ordering I was informed they are OUT of sour cream. I asked for chili sauce for my chili & did not get it & my husband was shorted chicken nuggets the last time we were here . Also , several times we've been drink machines are out of several drinks. This place is terrible & does not care about their customers!
As of yesterday, this location has their chocolate frosty machine broken and the salted caramel flavor frosty flavor is terrible. An employee said it will be weeks until it is fixed, which is very unfortunate. I paid for my frosty before being informed that it was broken, so they could only offer me the other flavor. Don’t go here for a frosty for a few weeks.
