Wings To Go - Fredericksburg

Customer service is great and the food is delicious. I work at a shop near by and they go the extra mile to bring me my food when it’s busy, since i’m the only manager at my store. It’s something seemingly small, but it makes an impact and truly speaks to their views on serving their customers. I’ve had requests in the past regarding the food and they’ve accommodated me with no issues. Definitely a new favorite spot for me.

Typically I have nothing but good things to say about Wings to go, the food is fantastic, the service is usually great, but this time it was a bit different. The store closes at 10, I called to make an order at 9:00pm and there was no answer. I figured they might be busy giving it was a Friday night so I waited a bit, called again, no answer. I decided to go to the store to put in an order and upon arriving there was no customer or employee in sight. The employees were in the back, not taking order or answering the phone . Basically ruining business for the evening . This is not the first time I’ve called to make an order an hour before close and nobody answers.

I have returned a few times now. Wings are still great! Service is excellent during the day! Service and order accuracy is terrible in the evening. I will be back only during the day! Wings were very good. Service was terrible. Only 45 min wait when we order prior to heading there. Out of several flavors.

The service was terrible, only 2 people working during lunch rush. Employee at the counter was very rude.

Great tasting wings at a fair price. The seating area was very basic a d not designed to impress customers. This spot is mainly a takeout oriented food service.

Stopped for lunch and got a great deal. Fed a family of four with leftovers for under $40! Sauces were falvorful with a kick but not too spicy. Summer took great care of us, thank you!

The wings and service are excellent. I’m not sure why reviews aren’t better. I have enjoyed this place along time. The reviews are not accurate.

I was in Wings to Go tonight (7/13/24) in Spotsylvania on Rt 1 & 17 south across from Cosners Corner at 10040 Patriot Hwy #114, Fredericksburg, VA 22407... They will NEVER get another penny from me... The employees not only took 25 minutes to make my food after ordering but while waiting for my food, one of the Employees said "Did you hear Trump got shot today?" while proceeding to laugh saying "that makes my day" & rambling on about the hatred for Donald Trump & saying how he deserved getting shot... I will NEVER step foot in Wings To Go and they will NEVER get my business ever again...

Awesome service ! Walked in at 7:55 not realizing the time and both the nice young lady at the front and the cook in the back were nice and not rude. I ordered some chicken for my dog and they didn’t complain and hooked him up. Leia and the cook in the back were on point ? THANK YOU GUYS! DISCO also thanks you

"I like that the boneless wings weren't breaded and the meat was clean definitely worth trying but the bathroom was bad you could smell it in the hall was my only down fall"
