Ordered food to go. Got there and fountain drinks didn’t work and had already paid online. Didn’t take money off my combos so I paid for three drinks I didn’t get. The lady at the counter was rude. Got my food and got home. Ordered three combos and only got two fries. Also no pickles or anything on chicken sandwiches. Will never order from this wingstop again. I pay good money for stuff and receive extremely less than what I paid for. Terrible service, terrible customer service, food was okay with what we actually received.

We ordered carryout from Wingstop a few weeks ago and everything was excellent. Ordered again this evening and it’s like we went to a completely different restaurant— everything was cold (not even slightly warm), overcooked (burnt fries and VERY tough chicken), and we were missing part of our order. Very disappointing. Only giving 3 stars because our first trip was great. If this review was solely based on tonight, it would be a 1. We won’t be returning because our entire order was a waste of money.

First time ever in a Wing Stop. Came to the Fredericksburg, Va location on 12/08/2025. Beatriz was behind the counter to greet me. She was amazing. My first time in and she was patient and helped explain the menu. She knew her stuff! Fredericksburg needs more servers like her in our restaurants! The restaurant was very clean and the kitchen was open so you could see the cooks while they prepared the food. All super busy and professional! I will be back!

Amazing service and food would come back again to dine in. I ordered take out and it was absolutely delicious unfortunately an item was forgotten in my to go order but that's okay I was refunded for it.
I went around 7:20pm and the workers there were great 👍

Restaurant was nice... trendy....food...hmmm...it was ok. I got the boneless (tenders). They got my order wrong...I order original hot and honey BBQ which turned out to be plain when I got my order. I got the original flavor...hot..it wasn't real hot but had a decent flavor. Service was good. Would I go back? Probably not any time soon.

Ordered online and went to pick up at the time it was supposed to be ready. It wasn't ready and after about 30 mins of waiting, I witnessed an employee work the register, answer the phone, handle money, rub her nose and make orders without washing her hands. I asked to cancel my order. The employee advised that she needs to send a copy of my receipt to the GM and they will contact me about a refund. No one has contacted me. Everytime I call I get a different disrespectful employee (Tineka, Timy) if that's even their names. They were unwilling to let me speak to the so called GM April. This happened last week, when I called today I was advised that April is on vacation. So no resolution to my problem just a bunch of rude employees.

Called my order in and still had to wait an hour and a half at the store for wings. They threw away the first batch they made me (dunno why) and the music was super loud. I couldnt hear their terrible excuses over the music Update— Wow, 6 years later and I haven’t learned my lesson. I ordered a large delivery order. Over 40 pieces of chicken, 2 fries, lots of dips. They delivered 2 tenders and 5 ranch sides….and no one can tell me how to get a refund. This place still sucks
Very hit of miss place. Sometimes the wings come hot and a good amount of sauce, other times like tonight they come cold, overcooked barely any sauce and nasty. Never know which it will be.

Called today to place an order of 50 all flats and said they didn’t do orders over the phone. You can’t place an order on the app. Girl who answered said I would have to come in. I even offered to pay over the phone and show my card when in picked up, she said no we don’t do that…you would need to come in and order. DUMBEST THING EVER!!! the point is so I don’t have to wait.
