Ordered online, got an 8 piece with fries and a side of veggie sticks. Store was out of veggies and took it upon themselves to give a coupon for wings. I had to argue for a refund. Server didn’t give me my drink that was included with the combo. All this for 20 plus bucks.

The wings are so good but this place is filthy. The music they were playing was explicit. Soda machine is sticky, iced tea container was gross, tables were dirty.

Went 9/15/24. The audacity of the staff here is appalling. To say that the mannerisms and professionalism is horrible would be an understatement . I'm not one to leave reviews because it's pointless for chain restaurants however after much consideration I do believe it to be a necessary review. Not just ONCE but TWICE did the staff handed me the wrong order. Even after telling several staff members my order name , they acted as if they were not understanding the name, made me show them my receipt a total of 3xs and had the gull to make it seem as if I was just purely grabbing others orders.
Instead of saying they handed my nearly 70 dollar order to another person and had to make remake my order (which I watched them drop in th fryer and remake)...the staff played "telephone" and wasted more of my time. I was told it was to be 30 minutes max and that there was no more then 2 large order ahead. I waited and watched people who walked in, told the cashier it was a "walk in" not a pick up, receive said orders that rival mine in size and wait no more then 20ish minutes. I waited ONE HOUR AND SEVENTEEN MINUTES for wings. Just wings? I'll definitely never use this place for a party order again. I can understand there being a wait for it being a weekend day but this was no more than incompetency and juvenile antics. Do better.

Wingstop that just opened on 17 Warrenton Rd is horrible. This location needs a new crew immediately or it will not last in this area. The guy cooking the wings and the other two guys that were cooking the fries and chicken sandwiches we’re working hard and trying to get orders out the door, but the guy who said his name is Travis( doubt that’s his name) was the worst person to represent Wingstop. He had 5-10 orders just sitting. We all had to go up and ask him about our order and to find it was ready but just sitting. This dude doesn’t take his job or customer service seriously. He will be the reason this location will not last!!

Wingstop on plank rd in Fredericksburg VA needs to hear this! 1. If we order seasoned Wings, that's what we expect to get. They were NOT tossed in seasoning at all, they were undercooked, and the corn wasn't originally in the order (which means we had to wait for it to cook then make it home...cold Wings are NOT the business). 2. If your employee must sweep the floor, please teach them not to sweep it onto the back of customers legs. 3. Your customer service on Saturday afternoon was horrible! This was not a cheap order nor was it difficult, so I'm going to post the order number and the receipt, because you can't see "unseasoned" chicken. Make it right...
I can’t believe this place is still in business. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. They lie to PAYING customers about a manager not being on site. They lie about employees not being able to speak English. They mess up and become defensive and don’t even attempt to resolve the issue. This location is WORTHLESS! This was My first Wing Stop experience and I have to say it was amazing. The establishment was clean. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I ordered My food and received it in good time. The indoor seating was clean and they had a team member constantly cleaning. It was located in a shopping mall with a lot of parking.

Friendly employees, good food. Very busy location. Wait times are terrible! Whoever the county hired to decide the layout of the roads here should be fired. Hard to find parking, parking lot is always packed and very hard and time consuming to get in and out of this location. Makes this establishment less enjoyable. I only go here if I’m desperately craving wings.
