Very hit of miss place. Sometimes the wings come hot and a good amount of sauce, other times like tonight they come cold, overcooked barely any sauce and nasty. Never know which it will be.

Called today to place an order of 50 all flats and said they didn’t do orders over the phone. You can’t place an order on the app. Girl who answered said I would have to come in. I even offered to pay over the phone and show my card when in picked up, she said no we don’t do that…you would need to come in and order. DUMBEST THING EVER!!! the point is so I don’t have to wait.

Nothing but kids cooking smh. Well done means WELL done , my chicken skin shouldn’t be flabby and soggy. As much as wing stop costs they need to get it together asap. Also with the dry rub they barely put any seasoning. My last three times have been bad but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. But not anymore , lost a customer for good . & to think I left a tip smh . Never again.

I only visit Wingstop for their Atomic sauce. Ordered atomic and the wings were bone dry. Like someone sauced it with thoughts and prayers. This has happened to some extent every time I order atomic, but this was severe enough to waste my time on writing this review.

Ordered from this store today 6/24 and the wings were cooked especially WELL and PERFECT!!!! Shout out to the young guy and lady in the kitchen on this hot day! Food was on point!!!!
Came to wingstop today and was told they only take online orders. No walk-ins as if they are not a restaurant. To refuse service to a customer is crazy.
