The associate Rubin is SUCH a sweetheart. I am a LOYAL customer via DoorDash with wingstop. (Under the name Brandi Hilson) Anytime I complete a pick up order I ALWAYS see Rubin going above and beyond with service and food quality! We need more people in this world with AMAZING customer service. I hope this message gets passed along to him but I did let him know myself he is SOOOOOO appreciated. DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY ALLOW THEIR EMPLOYEES TO SMOKE WITH GLOVES ON & RETURN TO WORK WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. I will never go back here. I literally watched an employee smoke with her gloves on, go in, touch a kid, walk into the back and start working in the kitchen. When I voiced my concern to an employee, she just said okay & that it would be handled. NOTHING WAS HANDLED & the manager yelled “MA’AM” at me. This is a dirty, unsanitary & unprofessional restaurant. If I could rate them 0 stars I would!
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. You WILL be disappointed. This establishment is ran by rude and nonchalant employees and managers. Workers are allowed to take smoke breaks without washing their hands and handle food. I know someone who ended up getting food poisoning from ordering food from here and I see why.

I've never ordered here but.... I'm looking for a job put in an application manager scheduled an interview unfortunately she failed to schedule herself for said interview. Her employees told me to call the next day to set up another interview and when I call not one person picks up.. If this is how management operates I don't care if I get the job interview or not with poor professional behavior like this i dont think they can keep people yet alone have me waste more time trying.... good luck keeping your employees and or job with that kind of work ethic.

Came in for a pickup order and was told that it would be ready in about 4 minutes. Over 25 minutes later the order was still not ready. During my time waiting I also noticed that one of the staff members was refilling the ice machine with a container and their ungloved hand was touching a lot of the ice that was going into the machine.

This wingstop is awful. I came in to pick up a doordash order and they told me it would be ready in 4 minutes. After half an hour later, the food still wasn't ready, so I had to unassign the order and move on. I lost out on any orders that could've come in in that half an hour, and the staff were unprofessional. One of the workers was on her phone while she was filling drinks and another had her bare hand touching the ice that was going into the ice machine when she was refilling it. This place needs to get its act together. Great job guys!
