Worst Deli

Subs are pretty good, especially the steak & cheese. Best thing on the menu hands down! Their breakfast is mid IMO but I’m really simple for my breakfast options as I don’t like eggs & don’t eat pork. I don’t really care for their breakfast potatoes. They usually taste old & not freshly made to me. Meaning they probably made them the day or even days before. I thought maybe this was a fluke but it’s been every time I’ve had them. Their french toast is just ok, but could def use some work. Not a lot of flavor. Their customer service used to be on point, but lately I’d say it hasn’t been up to par. They normally don’t offer delivery during peak lunch hours 11am-1pm. Today I called at 10am & was put on hold for over 10 mins. I hung up, called back and the line kept ringing busy. I tried 5x’s. When the lady finally answered I was told they aren’t doing delivery right now because they are busy. It was 10:20am at that point. I get being busy but the fact that you state upfront on your recording that you don’t deliver during a specific time and then change that on the fly is bad business. The person that answered the phone wasn’t even nice about it. I’d rather order from a mom & pop restaurant any day, but the food and customer service is what keeps you wanting to come back to support local business. And I mean the food ain’t half bad here but not good enough to be jumping through hoops to get it. Would I stop eating here… No… but will it be my 1st option for a quick lunch… Not anymore.

Well, I was really unimpressed with today's order... i didn't realize they'd put the french fries in the solid styrofoam container with the sandwich, thus causing the sandwich to essentially steam the bread and the fries to wither into epic sogginess. Mental note do not get french fries with your meal unless it's in a separate bag.

Good bibimbap!

Ordered New York sub for take out Service was ok. Upon home arrival I realized hardly any meat on sub. Would not go here again

Pictured is the Roast Beef sandwich that they made.
There were 2 slices of meat on the whole sandwich. This was absolutely NOT worth the cost of 8 bucks. They also forgot the soda I ordered. This place used to be awesome and was one of my go to places when I worked farther up 17, not anymore. What a rip off. I won't be back.

Consistently the best Deli in FXBG. I haven’t had anything from here that I wouldn’t order again. But the Ruben is hands down the best one in town. The balance of ingredients is perfect, the toasting of the rye is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside every time. I love their other items a lot but can’t help but get the Ruben every time. The Kimchi is fantastic, better than even some homemade recipes I’ve had, their bulgogi is on point (who knew it would taste so good in a sub!?!?) I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, but the key takeaway here is their service and consistency. It is ALWAYS the same quality each time I go. There’s never been an “off” day in my 3 years of eating here. It’s a must try location in FXBG

Honestly enjoyed the place. The atmosphere was calm, bright with the windows but not invasive and open. The people were attentive and pleasant. Recommendation was great. I had a tuna sandwich ? on sourdough and added bacon ?. Yummm ?! Bacon crisp and delicious, tuna had a great taste, a little fishy if you don't like that, but definitely is a fish and tastes great to me. Also had the banana ? strawberry ? smoothie?. Will definitely be back when here.

Just make sure you have time to spend, took a while to get my food. A bit pricy on the sides, the wrap was reasonable but the onion rings were about. 75 each ring. The food was better than fast food.
I'll always support small businesses, so they get 5 stars.

This restaurant is on the verge of being amazing. The food was a great bistro. An infusion of Korean and American cuisine. My son had simple ham and cheese. Bulgogi and kimchi sandwich balance of sweet, salty, and spicy ?. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I see is the need to work on timing of orders and an order pick-up system was a little confusing. Give them a try well worth it.
