Stayed at the Clarion during a recent road trip and needed a quick and convenient dinner. Yak A Doos was just what we needed. Service was quick and friendly. We had the blue cheese burger special which was really good and a BLT. Nothing fancy but decent and a pretty good price for a hotel restaurant. Would recommend if you are staying at the hotel. Warning they have live bands on Friday and Saturday night in a small area so imagine it can get pretty loud.
Went here to watch the superbowl final and Yak-A-Doo did not disappoint. A great atmosphere with free tacos and BBQ wings to spice up the game and the awesome service kept the cold beers coming. Lots of fun, had a great time.
The restaurant was next to our hotel and we were exhausted, so we weren’t driving anywhere else. The ambience was cheap. The wine horrible, but the food was actually good and our waitress Sonia was fabulous. She deserves kudos for pretty much working alone in the restaurant and keeping everyone engaged with her lovely personality. We didn’t go into the bar, just ate at the restaurant.
