There is no food truck, and this place is really Taqueria Flavio. It's a brick and mortar location, no food truck. Burrito was dry, but people are nice.

Their main dishes soft tacos ( ckicken, beef steak, Al Pastor) hard shell tacos, quesadillas, pupusas, minutas ( snow cone). They only take $$ CASH $$. Decent food portions and prices. I ate from here once. I'm not convinced this is Mexican. My tacos were nothing to write home about, and the meat was tough. And the fact that all these Californians are raving about it tells me it likely isn't Mexican. By the looks of the beans in people's pictures, these are either Salvadoran folks peddling pseudo-Mexican food or they learned how to cook in some Californian slum, which is not Mexican food. If people want real Mexican in Fredericksburg, Taquería Flavio is the place.
This place is the real deal. I had the carne asada corn taco with cilantro, onion and radish. Tastes like I had lunch in Mexico. Best Mexican in Fredericksburg. Order 5 tacos. You won't be sad. Amazing.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would, first of all i found a hair in my taco and it was so disgusting!!, also the man worked without a hairnet or gloves, when i tried to get a refund the wouldnt give me my money back. do not waste ur money also my food tasted burnt

!Que rica! This food truck is hidden away in a gas station parking lot but worth the effort of stopping by. The pupusas are great and made fresh to order. These are full sized pupusas and at $2 each a real bargain. The shredded cabbage salad and tomato sauce that accompany the order are also good. Tacos are on the menu too but I haven't tried them yet as I really like the pupusas. The place earns a 5 star rating for sure.
