Something went south with delivery. Pizza was out for an hour and never arrived. The store manager was professional & calm. I could see the whole night had not gone according to plan when I went there to get my order, yet he handled it all so well. Job well done and I hope the delivery driver is ok.
We order from here rather regularly, but more and more often are aggravated by the lack of attention put into the orders. When ordering extra of any topping there's never more than the normal amounts; we've tested this on multiple occasions and now refuse to order extra anything from this location. Other times, like tonight (03/14/26), complete ingredients are missing. We ordered a Memphis bbq chicken pizza, and there was no chicken to be seen on the entire thing. I...
I have seen employees handling brooms, mops, etc., FAIL TO WASH THEIR HANDS before they start handling pizzas, food items, cookware, etc., on numerous occasions. Seen it too many times and will no longer order from there... It's gross, wash your hands!
