I driven buy this place for years and have never stopped by to eat. I can now say that was a massive mistake! When I picked up the menu I thought it must have been leftover since the 1990's because the prices were so low. The Knotty Pine breakfast special: 3 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 1 large sausage patty, home fries, and 2 pieces of toast for $6.25! Everything on the menu seemed too cheap, a grilled cheese sandwich for $2.45? That can't be right! Anyways, my breakfast special...

I stopped in on a weekday morning and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seated and served. The food came out hot, fast, and delicious, and my French toast was absolutely scrumptious! 🤤

I give this restaurant a thumbs up because of its uniqueness. Very much a throwback to the 80's. I've dined here twice and both times I went away satisfied. Prices are very reasonable though going off of other reviews, they are creeping up. This most recent visit I ordered the lunch special which was an open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and green beans. With tip, the total bill was about 10 bucks.
