When customers show up at 7 PM, and your restaurant does not close until 8 PM, you should let them sit down inside to eat; especially when other customers are already sitting down and eating! Some people do not live near the restaurant, drive to eat there, and are not able to eat in their car. My husband and I ordered curbside on February 4th. Unfortunately our order was made wrong but we live 30 minutes away so we couldn’t go back to get the food we ordered. I called and the manager said we will refund you and it would take 3-5 business days. After 11 days of not getting our refund I called back.
