I placed an order through the app around 8:15am. The store was supposed to open at 8am. I arrived at 8:30 to locked doors and a closed business. Since I placed the order as asap in the app, I was not able to cancel the order. Sadly, I waited 30 minutes for the employee to arrive. It was quite awkward to engage with the employee who arrived late. This seems to be an issue with this location. There seems to be a management issue that needs to be addressed. I’ll be generous and give 2 stars for the amazing smoothies they usually have. With the exception of today. I give this place a TON of service and money. Even though the service is very quiet and stand offish. The two girls seem absolutely miserable to be here. They did not wear gloves. I came here and they ran out of CUPS!!!! The light skinned girl running the register and making food is extremely unfriendly and rude. No greeting, tosses your food at you and walks away. I’ll never return here. My breakfast wrap was cold.
