We always have a great experience at McAllister.we came there shortly before 7pm looked closed. Over half the restaurant had chairs on the tables appeared closed from the outside.

There is nuance to my star review, and that simply boils down to a wrong online order upon pickup. While what was provided was delicious, soup and a grilled cheese simply cannot fulfill the void left from the expectations of a pastrami sandwich. I've called twice now with receipt information over the past month only to receive confirmation that it'll make it to a manager for review, but otherwise no refund. Like I said, delicious, but disappointed. Plan on dine-in or...

Me and The Wife ordered from the Front Royal, VA location. They were very super nice and the food... well let's just say I slept very well! If you go, I recommend the McAllister Club and The Spud Max!
