Last night my boyfriend and I went here to pick up our order we placed online. When we got there the young lady(not sure what her name was) said she had not had a chance to start our order and it’ll be another 10-15 minutes! Which was fine! She was so busy and let me mention she was by herself. She was very polite and had our food ready in the time she said! I give her 5 stars ⭐️
I have alot of issues with this one online. I go in for pick up special, and they always suggest I try to go online to get best price. Idk, it gets old. I'm here, can you please honor that much?
Update 10/19/22Another amazing experience! The app wouldn't allow me to do cash for carry-out and I was really craving the shaqroni pizza. The app lets early access for these special pizzas, for Papa John's members. That does NOT mean the store is making them yet. A really kind and understanding man, with brown wavy hair, short beard and glasses, placed the order for me via telephone, after explaining they weren't doing the pizza yet BUT he'd still allow it.He...
