Wonderful! Po Green’s catered our backyard style wedding reception and it was amazing! Food was delicious and communicating with Anneise at Po Green’s was a dream come true! Every question I had was answered and the food showed up seamlessly on time, piping hot and delicious as ever! By the end of the night all our guests had gone back for seconds and every dish was gone - and not due to lacking on generous portion size! It was that delicious. The ribs, pulled pork, and pulled chicken were outstanding and the sides were awesome too. The collard greens and baked beans were the best we've had. The proper Carolina style sauce was great and had a welcomed spicy kick to it; don't miss out on the spicy mustard sauce either... a new favorite. Well worth the very short drive from the Shenandoah State Park campground.
