I haven't stepped foot into a Roy Rogers Restaurant in around 35 years until today. We don't have them around where I live. As a kid I thought Roy was the absolute coolest, and going to his restaurant, I felt like part of his club. When I arrived to this store, I gave the manager on duty the short version of that story, and he seemed to actually care and made my visit extra special. Thanks!

I came in on Sunday, before church, I ordered chip beef gravy over the hasbrown potatoes instead of a biscuit, or bread. I heard the nice lady in the front keep telling the gentlemen making the food to make sure he put the potatoes and not a biscuit. When I came to the counter to pick it up, she said, I made it sure it had the potatoes for you, and she even put napkins & fork and knife in my bag! She made me a fresh cup of coffee too! I think her name starts with a A, but...

The food quality wasn’t the greatest. The first chicken sandwich I received (pictured) was super dry and overcooked, so I asked for it to be remade. The remake was almost just as bad as the original. The employee said it needs sauce to make it taste good, but that shouldn’t have mattered. If a sandwich isn’t good without sauce, it isn’t a good sandwich. I asked another employee for recommendations on what to order and he wasn't able...
