I ordered a pick up order and there was no vanilla in it and I went back inside and the staff was quick to resolve my issue with a smile and really friendly attitude. The store was also really clean and the atmosphere looks great. I will definitely return! I don’t recall the staff members name but she was working the espresso bar 3/28 around 10:30AM so props to her for her wonderful personality.
I like the environment and the people that work here. I think they are very friendly and that this location is doing well. However the quality of drinks is inconsistent. It usually depends on who makes it, but the important thing here that I feel is lacking is listening to the customer with intent. For the price, the effort should be higher.
This is the best Starbucks! They’re always so friendly, the drinks are always good and perfectly made to order and there’s lots of seating inside and outside. I’ve never had a bad experience here
