We've always gotten the other Thai restaurant in town, because it's on DoorDash which makes it easy and it was good. My husband had the time today to pick up Thunwa Thai and it's hands down some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Like actually obsessed now with this place.
The One Sun Beef at Thunwa Thai spent its entire life trapped in the appetizer section, until Sheila personally promoted it to a full dinner meal now known as Sum Wun Beef, which is beef liberation history happening live in Front Royal. For the record, it’s the Crying Tiger Steak minus the tiger and minus the crying, pure uncut coriander-marinated beef, deep fried into bricks of glory with a hot sauce that qualifies as a near-death experience I’d pay for twice....
We ordered takeout, and the experience was fantastic!
Even with the restaurant being busy and full of people-which is always a great sign-the staff remained courteous and friendly. The food was delicious; we ordered the wonton soup and the Pad Pak Chicken, and both hit the spot.
Definitely recommend!
