Update: the manager reached out to me with compensation. We went back today and had a lovely meal. The sushi is honestly the best I’ve had in the area and she was so apologetic. She said she’s training new staff and it was their first weekend without her since she had a personal emergency and couldn’t be there that weekend they were just doing their best. TURN ON THE HEAT!! The food was excellent very delicious fresh couldn't ask for better service or food. The problem was the restaurant was freezing cold at 60° by the thermostat on the wall. When asked if they could turn up some heat they said it was on but the owner turns it off or down really low at night so it takes half a day to get it back up to temperature. One family left said they were going to cracker barrel because it was too cold in there to eat. We put our coats...
