The employees were doing a good job in a big rush, and what seemed to be a manager named Jennifer was yelling at and belittling them. It was really unprofessional and I felt bad for the employees who were nothing but kind, hard working, and respectful to everyone.

Walking into this bright and familiar shop in the South End, I was immediately greeted by the sweet smell of fresh donuts and the busy hum of the morning crowd. The atmosphere is very energetic and fast-paced, making it a great spot to grab a quick coffee before heading out to explore the city. I’ve visited this location several times before deciding to write a review. The food has consistently been good, and the restroom was clean and smelled fresh, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the food. Most of the staff appeared young and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. The overall attitude felt unwelcoming and inattentive. Management may want to pay closer attention to employee...
