The customer service I experienced today was top tier. The young lady was patient, didn’t rush to make my sandwich and was kind. The store was extremely clean and organized. I will be frequenting this location more.
[Edit 5/2023] Time changes everything. While still busier at lunch, not as much of a wait these days. Like everything, prices have gone thru the roof, the menu has changed and it seems they are more stingy with toppings. It used to be you'd get 6 slices of tomato with a footlong, now it's four. Same with other toppings and even the sauce. Quantity of base product (meat, tuna, etc) appears to have shrunk so to get what used to be 'normal' you can elect to pay...
The lead person in charge, perhaps this is a double negative, was in command of the SW. She was attentive, expedited my order and was pleasant and VERY communicative. Has always been a comfortable transaction, with her in place.
