These wonderful people treat everyone like family. Their food is delicious, fast, affordable, and a lot!! My mom's birthday dinner request was for Afghan Famous Kabob, and they absolutely made her day with their tasty food. My personal favorite is the combo kabob platter with chicken and lamb, but everything we have had has been great, so it's hard to truly pick and settle on a favorite.

OMG we’ve been going there for years. Their food is always amazing tasteful and a lot. The prices are awesome. Other places are expensive but less food here this cheap with more food. I love this place. I love their food.

Their kabob is good on most days, some days they are just dry. We love the wrap most of the time. Their mint sauce is always extra sour for some reason, it might have been that they make it in big batch and they ferment .

The best kabobs and Afghan food in the Gainesville area. If you find yourself on US-29, stop in to Afghan Famous Kabob for lunch or dinner. Outstanding food here with delicious fresh-baked flatbread. I never had a meal there that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. No time hang around? Get a great order to go. Lamb, chicken, gyro, whatever your choice you won't go wrong. The owners are kind and generous people, always happy to welcome their customers. Enjoy.

I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be back when I’m in town again. Everything was fantastic, from the way the owner greeted us when we came in, to the wonderful portion and freshness of the food being served. 10/10
