I’ve always been a huge fan of ice cream, but the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this Gainesville location is on a whole different level! The combination of peanut butter, chocolate chips, and rich ice cream is absolutely to die for. Beyond the treats, the staff here is incredible. They are always smiling, generous, and provide wonderful customer service. As someone who also works in the service industry, I truly appreciate the hard work and kindness this team shows every time...

Kid serving me ice cream was the nicest and best ice cream scooper I have met in a while! Baskin Robbins should hire more 14 year olds if they are going to be as polite as this young man. It’s safe to say that this man serves out happiness in a cone with a smile on his face everyday! ??

Well it looked good on the outside... unfortunately they used the wrong cake from what I had asked for. Still waiting for my refund :( I live in PA. They worked with me via email and phone calls to make the perfect Minion Ice Cream cake for my daughter so we could celebrate her in VA. I just wish I could attach a picture.
