I went to call your mom’s bagel place in Gainesville this morning to pick up an iced caramel latte and an order of latkes. Now I am Jewish and absolutely love latkes so when I got my order the coffee was absolutely delicious I would get this coffee again the next time I come there! Now for the latkes they were so good and just came out of the oven nice and fresh! 10/10 definitely recommend this place if your in the Gainesville Va area. Also the people there were so kind that...
Really good food and really good staff!
We ordered two bagels sandwiches and some how one of our orders was wrong. But the team was so nice and helpful and fixed the sandwich and gave us a complementary cinnamon roll as a apology.
Will definitely come back!

I was disappointed by the service. We asked for our bagels toasted, neither of them were toasted and they forgot multiple ingredients/additions. We also had our bagels to-go and normally they always give napkins, but there weren’t any napkins in the bag.
