“Her food truck was at a fair, and it was delicious! I got just mac and cheese, a slice of pound cake, and a drink- BIG MISTAKE! i should have gotten more!
The pound cake is delicious, moist but not soggy and just sweet enough (with a generous portion!) and the mac and cheese barely lasted five minutes when i got my fork into it, cheesy and complex in its flavors, but not uptight.
The truck also had pagers! Its been a long time since i ate at a food truck, so maybe thats more normal, but it seemed like the most high tech thing on earth to me! I could sit down while they made the food (fresh!) And the pager buzzed to tell me when it was ready!
Lady K's food is remarkable. If you get the chance, dont make the same mistake as me and get as much food as you can handle! It was so good, im already craving more!

“Cannot recommend Andy and his staff highly enough! From proposal to event, Andy was in communication and focused on details we had not even thought of, which was so appreciated. Elegance to Simplicity Catering provided the passed hors d'oeuvres and stationed dinner for our wedding of approximately 135 guests, who raved about the food. Whittling down a menu was a challenge, as ETS offered so many delicious options (including vegetarian). We cannot recommend highly enough the Jamaican shrimp (those did not last), and the meatballs were a hit (none lasted - we had the bacon bourbon BBQ and the Swedish meatballs). The brisket and baked mac'n'cheese were also favorites. But best was working with Andy -- he's such a great person, gregarious and personable, and really showed how vested he was in ensuring our wedding reception was exceptional. And a Marine family, we are always looking to support local, veteran-owned businesses -- that shared experience with my spouse made working with Andy all the more a joy.“
