“My company has utilized Saint Germain Catering in the past (with great success) and they recently helped us execute another large client event. We were very pleased with all the pre-event planning and coordination (thank you Sabrina!), as well as the food, rentals, and service that Saint Germain and the rental company provided the day of our event. We were especially grateful for the flexibility and expertise of the onsite team assigned to our event (lead by Rafael).

Everyone arrived on time and were incredibly understanding about the unforeseen circumstances we encountered with our building that day (there was construction taking place on the floors above us, and the construction crew shut down the freight elevator that morning and we didn’t realize it until the rental company arrived. Doors were also locked that were supposed to be unlocked so we could move freely through this space). We were able to get the building managers to figure these issues out, and the rental drop-off crew and Rafael and his team were very patient and understanding – and made everything happen on time (despite the high heat and humidity the day of the event, and the delays caused by waiting for the elevators). They adapted to every situation that we encountered with the building (which we are new tenants of and still learning about), and when all the rentals and food were set up, Rafael and his team made sure all our clients were comfortable and well fed (they even took the initiative to move a fully set up table to a shadier spot on our pavilion once they realized it was going to sit directly in the intense sunlight). After the event luncheon, everything was cleaned up and stored away quickly, and the rental pick-up crew was also on time and picked up their items very quickly.

I want to stress that this was our first major client event in our new office space, and we were looking to impress. Saint Germain Catering delivered that and made it look easy (and with a smile). We look forward to working with this excellent team in the future!“

“I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Shamim and the team at Lotus Productions. They planned my engagement party this past Saturday, and everything was beyond perfect. I have very high standards (I’m definitely a perfectionist), and they somehow managed to exceed every single one. The team handled every detail effortlessly, and they even thought of things I hadn’t considered—little personal touches that made the night feel extra special. We had around 90 guests, and I’ve been hearing nonstop compliments about the party ever since. From the music to the food to the overall atmosphere, everything was flawless. And a special shout out to the bartender Israel who had the most wonderful attitude and never let the volume of requests get to him. The branded paper box liner was reminiscent of a classic deli tray. High quality food: 1. Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap First let me mention the presentation. High quality checkered deli paper and finished with a durable cling wrap. Well sealed, and neatly folded to the underside of the wrap. The tortilla itself was a flavorful green spinach wrap that held its shape, pliable, and an upgrade from typical white flour tortillas. The turkey was moist, and freshly sliced. The tomatoes were ripe and firm The lettuce still had a slight crunch. (Leaf only no stems) The chilled bacon was flavorful, without being too greasy and still breaking apart with each bite. 2. Dill Pickle This simple accompaniment was proof of the thought and effort put into each lunch box. Let me explain. * CUSTOM ZIPLOCK PICKLE BAGS! * The little bags were specifically designed for a pickle slice. Sealed up for maximum freshness. Often I’ve seen pickles tossed in a sandwich baggy or leaky plastic wrap, tossed inside sandwich wrap and treated as an afterthought. Not here! My pickle was perfect! 3. Chocolate Chip Cookie The branded paper deli pouch was a nice touch. A true classic chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie. There’s not much to more to say. It was exactly what you’d expect it to be! 4. Classic Lays Potato Chips (Added a dash of Valentina hot sauce from my personal stash) 5. The plastic silverware pack. Here ‘Apple Spice’ included a Quality Black Plastic kit. Well done. All in all. To start they brought some hummus topped with shredded beef and beat spread, which the former was my favorite. They later brought the roasted chicken which had been marinated for 48 hours plus. The dough was made just the right way, and the filling was very well made and tasted delicious. The hot sauce they included was made in-house and was also great, although it may be a bit too spicy for some people. The delivery was on time and overall the service was good, although the communication could be improved. I highly recommend ordering ahead, as in days, since they are made to fill orders usually, may not be available the day you call. All in all, Casero Creations is definitely worth trying for their amazing Salteñas and great service.“

“I had an awesome experience at this food truck. The Ramadan chicken and gyro rice platter was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned, tender meat over flavorful rice with fresh toppings and sauce. The portion size was huge and everything was fresh and made to order.

The dough is unlike anything, thin yet with a flavorful body to it, and the meat spice (get the spicy one if available) and spinach filling just have to be tried. The eggplant salad and cabbage rolls are phenomenal too. Nabila is the sweetest person and the market always has great things. The homemade laban (yogurt) is the best yogurt I've ever had, which we eat with the meat and spinach pies. I always get the mejduul dates and namouurra when they're available.“
