Without any reservation if I ever have another event to coordinate I would go directly to St. Germain Catering. From start to finish the communication, service, personnel, and food was outstanding! Great job! Sales associates were easy to work with and efficient. They let me list ingredients for sandwiches I really liked. They also made changes to the order. They offered ideas to make my job easier. Delivery was 5 minutes EARLY.

They handle every detail with professionalism and care, adapting to unforeseen circumstances such as building construction, locked doors, high heat, and humidity. The team takes the initiative to ensure guests are comfortable, even moving a fully set table to a shadier spot. Communication from the very first inquiry is prompt and helpful, with pricing provided quickly and no pressure. Making adjustments as guest counts change is effortless. After the event, the team is thorough and quick with clean-up, leaving the space cleaner than they found it.
