“The very best meat, spinach and cheese pies (fattayer) and kibbi, so good I had them at my wedding. I'm as Lebanese as they come, I've been eating this all my life, and hers is simply the best. The dough is unlike anything, thin yet with a flavorful body to it, and the meat spice (get the spicy one if available) and spinach filling just have to be tried. The eggplant salad and cabbage rolls are phenomenal too. Nabila is the sweetest person and the market always has great things. The homemade laban (yogurt) is the best yogurt I've ever had, which we eat with the meat and spinach pies. I always get the mejduul dates and namouurra when they're available.“

“We hired Saint Germain Catering for our daughter’s high school graduation party and could not have been happier with the experience. We hosted a large group of adults with very discerning tastes, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
The food was exceptional. Several guests commented that steak at catered events is almost always dry and disappointing, but Saint Germain’s steak was the rare exception—tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
The service was equally impressive. The team arrived on time, set everything up beautifully, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the event.
From my very first inquiry, communication was prompt and helpful. Pricing was provided quickly, there was never any pressure, and making adjustments as our guest count changed was effortless.

“Best Wedding Food EVER!! Delicious, gorgeous, impeccable service! We hired Corcoran for our catering, alcohol, wedding cake, and all of our rentals. They built the most incredible menu for us and the food was the most delicious wedding food I have ever tasted! Everyone at our wedding was blown away by both the food and the service. Emelie is a dream to work with and was so responsive to changes and questions. She sought out rentals to ensure my exact vision came to life. Her team is amazing and everyone who was on site was so friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Corcoran! If you are considering the as your caterer - DO IT! You cannot go wrong! Emelie went above and beyond to honor our requests. From having the chef learn a new recipe to honor our brother who passed away, to having alcohol free sauces made for our sober guests, I was blown away with her service and ability to accommodate any request! “Old Blue catered my daughters wedding. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Old Blue has the best BBQ food in the greater DC area - so, that would be enough to recommend them - however, if you are planning an event, you will not believe the quality of the service they offer. Everyone was helpful, had great suggestions, they even shared decorations with us. The day of the wedding was also perfect - they were attentive and seemed to anticipate every need. Again, they would be worth it just for the food, but they perfect because of everything else.“
“Let me start out by saying that outside of picking food, my husband and I really wanted no part in wedding planning after we got engaged. The whole process seemed overwhelming at best, and we had no idea where to start. At the same time, we wanted our wedding reception to reflect us as a couple, and for all of our friends and family to have a great time. I had known Vicky since middle school and was a frequent at her family's restaurant in Springfield, so I was thrilled to find out that she has started her own catering and event styling company. From the moment we hired Vicky and her team, they just got it. We sent a few Pinterest pictures and discussed our love for Southern food, and Vicky really took it from there. She knew exactly what we were envisioning with little to no direction. Literally everything that the Heirloom team put together, starting with the personal tasting for my husband and parents, to the flower arrangements, tablescapes and small details was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was completely professional and never missed a beat. I should also mention that there was a pretty bad ice storm the morning of our wedding, which apparently flipped one of the rental trucks and left other vendors stranded, only hours before our event. Vicky sprung into action and not only made sure that everything was on time and in perfect condition, I didn't even HEAR about the whole ordeal until after the night was over. I truly don't think we would have even had a wedding had we hired any other company. Seriously, if you want the BEST FOOD (we STILL have people raving about it to us) and the most beautiful event you've ever hosted-look no further!! Heirloom DC is worth their weight in gold!!“

“We hired Tasteful Affairs Catering for our October 2025 wedding, and we are so glad that we did!! Emilie was our primary contact and she was a dream to work with!! She is SO communicative (both email and phone), listens to your ideas and vision and also has super helpful suggestions. An earlier review called her a quasi wedding planner, and this is so true! Emilie helped us make so many decisions from the menu, the linens/table setting, to have a tent or not, etc. Because she is so familiar with our venue, her insights and experience were invaluable. Both my spouse and I can be worriers, and she handled our anxiety with such ease and care, and she was so clearly on top of everything, that our anxiety was very quickly eased. Emilie is so personable and clearly cares about the work she does and people she works with. The food was SO good at our first tasting and they were open to our feedback on making small changes. They helped us curate a menu we loved and the food on our wedding day was superb! One guest said it was the best meal they had had in years! “Dining at shababi was an absolute delight. I came to celebrate after I finished taking my board exams and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. To start they brought some hummus topped with shredded beef and beat spread, which the former was my favorite. They later brought the roasted chicken which had been marinated for 48 hours plus. Every bite was so flavorful. As this is a pop up I recommend you go soon and get a feel for Palestinian food“

“Signature catering exceeded my (very high) expectations! A friend recommended their catering service for our wedding. I couldn’t imagine having a better vendor to deal with. Justin was my point of contact during the whole process, he’s very responsive and easy to communicate with. He made the whole process so easy. On the day of my wedding, he worked above and beyond my expectations and was able to even help me with stuff not related to the catering at all. The food, WOW, the food!! Erez, the chef did an outstanding job cooking for our guests. It’s almost 2 weeks after my wedding and my guests still calling to give me compliments on how amazing the food was! He also packed leftovers for us to take home, which helped us a lot after a long day. We enjoyed every bite! Justin, Erez, and Debra are not only doing their job. They think outside the box and make you feel like you’re in good hands. Besides doing my wedding catering I hired them for my Shabbat Chatan. The food was packed so professionally and divided for every meal, based on guest count (Friday & Saturday). It was so simple to store & warm everything. It was delicious! The best Kosher catering in the DMV area. Highly recommended!“

The service was fantastic. We loved that it’s a family run business and it was super affordable which is difficult to find in NoVA. “The guys at JRS are fantastic. I came from the brick and mortar side so there were items i was not informed about and Alaa and the teams knowledge AND research were phenomenal. I spoke to no less than 12 truck people up here and couldn’t find trust in the people I was dealing with. In one phone call with Hafez I felt that they were truly interested in my project and creating a kitchen that would be effective, maximize space and efficiency. I love that they know their craft enough to disagree with me and explain the what’s and whys of their wisdom. Well worth the trip to Houston !“
