Visited there this past Saturday night and witnessed something very gross. A young lady, whom I assumed was attending her high school prom, her and the date walked in and she went behind the counter, got her a taste of ice cream and did NOT wash her hands. The staff working did nothing and this was disgusting! I wasn't a fan of this place and will never visit again.

Ice cream is always great. The customer service has been lacking in this store from other reviews but from my visit it has shown improvement. Maria, Mustafa and Landon worked very hard and were very customer friendly.

MARWA is the best!!! We always come here only when MARWA is working! She is very kind, funny, easygoing, polite and super engaging to the customers! She always recommended us the best ice cream of the day! If you come here for ice cream, please ask for MARWA and you will NOT be disappointed!! Cold Stone is very lucky to have an amazing employee like her!! If you are the manager and see this, please give her a raise or praise her for outstanding job!!

Ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival, my boyfriend was told our order didn't print. I sent him screenshots of our order. After 20 minutes or so, he ended up calling me to confirm my ice cream flavor, even though details of the order were on the pic I sent. When he got home, he told me five other people walked in after him with missing orders too. He said they upsized our orders, but I'm not 100% sure that's the case. I'm am quite sure, however, that they messed up my order. It didn't have any toppings or anything mixed in...just plain ice cream. Now cookie dough, brownies, fudge, or caramel that should'vebeen in there. Extremely disappointed with the online order/pick up experience.

Visiting family the weekend and stopped by this ice cream shop for the first time with my wife and was amazed by the choices. The guy helping us was super friendly and gave great recommendations. The ice cream was delicious and the service was top-notch. Definitely coming back the next time we're in the area!

My companion and I entered the empty establishment at 7:12pm well before closing time. There were three workers behind the counter who I assumed were working on a to-go order, but no one acknowledged our presence. I made contact with the male worker twice and eye contact with the shorter of the two girls once with still no acknowledgement. We waited patently for someone to at someone to say that they'd be with us in a moment. I have worked the service industry before, I know it can get hectic. Being ignored is one thing, but when we noticed a COCKROACH was crawling along the front of the ice cream case we were done!!! By then it had been about 10 mins so we went find a different dessert.

Visited this location for the 2nd (and last) time on 7/20/23. One of the girl employees looked like she didn't want to be there at all and when the other female employee handed me my ice cream she was a bit short with me and rude. Not friendly at all. Don't go here!

Horrible experience just a bunch of teenagers with no supervision. You will be treated as an inconvenience and they will take turns hiding in the back to avoid making your order. Wish I could rate this place zero stars.

Way too expensive!I decided to stop in after work. Have seen people walking bay for months. Usually with children. Actually got caught during a fundraiser. Staff too anxious to get my order. I stood back and said I needed time to look at the menu. I haven't been to a Coldstone in years. They were chomping.I asked about an item pictured on the glass, 2 girls trying to explain the ingredients. It was loud, busy and I did come at the wrong time, I guess. Even busy there was some staff standing and talking so I was not holding up a line. I ordered and it seems more items are premade now. The whole"watch your ice cream be made" to your order is not a thing.Okay, I can live with that. But a heath bar with little chunks in a cup vs the picture of big chunks in a waffle cone, was a flat tire. I paid $8.00 something for this. I am shocked. I gave a dollar tip prior to receiving my order. You know kids need the . It was fast but $8.00? All I can say is I hope the prices were higher for the fundraiser and whomever made a profit for a good cause.A co- worker asked if she should go. I cannot make a her made at me.
The customer service here is pretty inconsistent and while the quality of the ice cream is always good, the staff often barely mixes everything together leaving you with one half having mix ins and the other plain. The back counter often looks like a health code violation too tbh. Cold stone is expensive ice cream so you would hope to have a better experience consistent with the price.

On Saturday 5/13/23 I walked in the establishment and no one greeted me. There was two employees there a girl and a guy. They are standing there talking to each other not one time did they acknowledge me. I patiently waited then the guy goes to the girl and says someone is standing at the counter the young lady proceeds to say I’m doing something , not once did they say I will be right with you or anything. I decided to go somewhere else got ice cream. As I’m walking out still they never said hello how can I help you. Will never visit ever again!

You order your ice cream and then get one mix-in. Additional mix-in is $. About twenty different ice creams available and lots of different mix-insI got the salted caramel with chocolate pieces and it was excellent.

I wanted a happy birthday letter on top of the cake after they did other customer but they did not want.. its so ridiculousAfter one month later, came again. I am glad that they were care about me and the cake that asked me kindly. So I corrected star to 4 today until next time
