Staff was friendly and made great shakes - even when there were 5 people.in line
Manassas on the left, Gainesville on the right, both delivered, same distance, same time. It’s like night and day! If you want ACTUAL Cold Stone who knows how to do it and cares what they are serving their customers. Go to Gainesville! Best all around!!!
Cold Stone Creamery offers delicious ice cream with a friendly and engaging customer service team. The staff, including Marin, Mena, and Marwa, greet customers with a smile and often have pleasant conversations about the ice cream they are making. They are kind and helpful, allowing customers to try several flavors and making recommendations. The shop features a variety of toppings, such as gummy bears, and all the flavors are made in house. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, friendly owner, and the opportunity to meet staff like Landon, who make the experience special. Conveniently located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, Cold Stone Creamery continues to provide a pleasant and enjoyable visit for all ages.
