We have always had excellent service at Firebirds until last night. Our waitress was absent most of the time. When we asked for extra bread, or sweetner for the tea she said yes but it didn't happen. Had to ask numerous times. I did finally get the sweetner but not the extra bread. Our drinks took quite a long time before they appeared. Food was great, as always.

Kali, our server, was truly exceptional. Great ambiance. The food met our expectations. Would have been nice if a manager stopped by to see if everything was okay. I didn't see a manger on the floor. This always surprises me.
