Our experience started with arriving at the restaurant at just after 5 pm and because we didn't have a reservation , it would take at least 30 min to seat us, even though we could see empty tables. They said they had too many reservations to take care of, but no one was there. We left. I got on Open Table to see what other restaurant was around and sure enough there were reservations available at Firebirds. So I made a reservation for 15 min later. We walked back in 3 min...

You can always tell a restaurant with great management. They greet you with a smile at the reception desk, your table is ready when reserved, the server is knowledgeable and efficient, the food is hot and tasty... all at a reasonable price.

I want to thank Firebirds for accomidating our last minute increase in our party size at the last minte. As always the overall experience was excellent and I will continue to visit Firebirds at every opportunity!
