Our experience with Gainesville VA Firebirds is always excellent. Food fantastic, it's quiet, and the service provided by Angel, who we always ask for, is out of this world. Not to say that the other servers are not good, they are, but Angel goes far above and beyond. Firebirds is on our rotation of restaurants that we frequent near our home .

The service provided by Byron and his complete staff was excellent as we were celebrating our 56th wedding anniversary !! Angel, our attendant was truly an “Angel “ since she took care of our needs from the initial “house margarita “ rimmed with sugar for Lucy and my house IPA hazy draft pint, to our “wood grilled chimichurri shrimp appetizer, to their new summer menu of “steak frittes “ and “steak penne “. We topped it off with their famous “cream brûlée...
