I made a last-minute reservation at IHOP in Gainesville, Virginia, for a late dinner around 8:30 PM for a group of 30 people. When I arrived, there were only two waiters working and just a few customers, but the manager, Ulises, was kind enough to step in and help one of the waiters, Khrist, serve our group.
The service was excellent, and it didn’t take long to place our orders or receive our food. Everything was great, and since 28 out of 30 in our group were seniors,...

JP was very kind and polite. He got our food out fast with great service. It was a complete full house and JP said he’d get our food out in under 15 minutes. I kid you not he got it out and on our table in 14 minutes. JP is 1 of 1. Unc is H-I-M.

Jean Pier was our server tonight and he was absolutely amazing! He made us feel so welcome, gave great recommendations, and really went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be asking for him next time!
