I am in this location frequently and I have had a positive encounter every single time. The food is always on time and ready for pick up. There is always a friendly worker to be found and ready to assist. Today I had a really nice interaction with the manager Keil. His energy was fantastic and I can see why with him being at the lead. Everyone else in that store is in a good mood. Definitely really appreciate the service and positivity thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Nando's in Gainesville, and a big part of that was thanks to the manager, Steve. He is the reason we keep coming back to the Nando's in Gainesville. Even though there's a Nando's much closer to our home in Woodbridge, we gladly make the drive to Gainesville because of the outstanding service he provides.

i want to give a huge thank you to everyone who worked tonight. i was so blown away by the courtesy and customer service i experienced, i made a point to ask for everyone's names because it truly takes a village and they were amazing. so shoutout to kyle, oliver, lauren, trini, jayden, and trevor. i will forever recommend nando's but especially this location. 10000/10. every single thing about this lo is superb, from the food to the staff.
