I ordered 3 large french fries and 1 double cheeseburger over mobile app for delivery. After 30 mins called to checked status order. Lady on the phone keep asking address and order details which means they even not checking mob app orders. After another 30 mins, still didnt get my food. When called again, she is again keep asking how can i help)). Probably worst food delivery service in GainesvilleNote: im 6-7 mins away from restaurant.

They gave us the wrong pizza and then refused to give us the correct pizza (even after saying that we would pick it up) after arguing with my mom and grandma for 10 minutes. Then when we asked for the manager, the manager proceeded to argue with my mom for another 10 minutes. And after all of that they still had the nerve to ask for a good rating and the pizza isn’t even that good.

Customer service is good, food is always top notch. BTW, they serve Halal pepperoni pizza. In fact I ordered this and doubled the meat, it was amazing! This is a carryout place, don’t expect to dine in. Highly recommend them. Been ordering for years, never had any issues with them.

Pizza is really good, but everything is not halal like the other comments state, I think you also need to tell them you want halal. They can confirm over the phone.
Ordered 5 steak and cheese and they were all burned. I called the store and the manager says both chefs said the food isn’t burned and that I am a liar. I’ve been a customer for years, but never going to this place

They had a promising business but I guess they started neglecting an important part to their business. CUSTOMERS. Had incident twice preparing wrong order and refused to take it back or replace it. When I called to complain, the son of the owner said his father took my order and his father doesn’t do mistakes That is first time I hear such unprofessional response. But then who do you complain to. . End up giving the piazza to a needy person.

This location has horrible management! I order from this place often for their halal options, and have never had a problem with them until now. My family always orders THIN crust pizza, and we did today as well, but when we went to pick it up directly from the place, all four pizzas we PAID for were thick crust, or wrong. Of course since we paid for these pizzas we called back and asked if we could bring it in and exchange it or get a refund, but the son of the manager was extremely stubborn and rude. He kept saying the same thing over and over again, that "my father made these pizzas, and my father is never wrong." As a fellow business person I was shocked! We simply just asked for a refund after we heard what he had to say; and he refused to give us our money back. In the end, he hung up in our face and said he was busy. Truly an appalling situation, my whole family was shocked.. we won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered 4 pizzas and I asked for thin crust . After I picked up I realized it was thick crust , so I called them and told them I will drive back to drop it off and replace it with thin crust ! He said his dad took the order and he doesn't make mistakes and refused to redo the order or refund me. Instead he said he was busy and he had to go! What the hell ! I have been their customer for a long time and this treatment is unacceptable .
