Hadn't been to a Roy Rogers in years. Needed a quick bite to eat on the way back into DC area from the mountains. Party of 4 of which only one of us had ever eaten at one. Burgers were fine (a bit overdone though). Fries, drinks, shake, mashed potatoes were all fine. The inside needed a little clean up as some tables had trash on them. Staff was friendly and service was relatively quick.

My family are headed home to SC. My husband and I loved Roy Roger's Chicken from our New Jersey chapter in life. So this was a treat and we introduced a little bit of nostalgia to our youngest. Jenica truly was the greatest at providing above and beyond customer service. The whole crew was patient with us because our ordering was all over the place, lol. A decent chicken place. The food was good and fresh and the staff was friendly. The chicken strips were a little dry but the sandwhich was perfect
Manager in this location has really bad attitude and you can tell he doesn’t want to be bothered with anything but have a quiet afternoon.
Along with that award winning attitude with no enthusiasm or greetings, chicken is dry and hard since they don’t seem to be doing much business while would explain the dry old fried chicken.
There is reason this place has mid three level rating and I won’t be back here.

Favorite fast food ever!! Wish they had more available. When I am in NoVA I always take the time to stop and get the roast beef! Way better than Arby's.. Cowboy Sauce is a great dipper for fries. Oh yeah they provide Old Bay and Texas Heat as seasoning at the fixin's bar. Win win.
