On my most recent visit, Savanah and Cesar provided excellent service. The fixing bar was well stocked with fresh produce. The tables, floor, and restrooms were clean and tidy as was the parking lot. The Gainesville location is obviously well managed with an impressive staff. With freshly prepared, flavorful, economical food, I look forward to our next visit.
Store was closed because they don't know how to cut the lights on!?!? If they can't figure that out, how are they going to make food to eat! The door was opened I asked are you open because I was in there the time that the store was supposed to be opened. A employee walked out the back and told me that they were closed because they can't figure out how to turn the lights on?!?! I asked how long do you think it would take?! she said, Until we figure it out, and kinda rude about it. But don't worry I won't be spending money here anymore! Waste of my time! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Should not have employees complaing at the register that they have to work. The ones off the register could complete/plate simple orders...all while a manager sat in office oblivious to what was going on out front.

One of frist times I have ever been to a Roy Roger's. I enjoyed it very much. I had the chicken tenders and side salad. The tenders were crisp and very; unlike the place with the arches. The side salad was very good. Mixed greens with tomatoes, carrots ,cucumber and onion. Not just a handful of lettuce and a tomatoe, with a small handful of carrots.The staff was fast on the food orders and very friendly. I see more trips here in my future.

We love Roy Rogers but we have been 2 times in 4 days and both times they have stated they were out of chicken and it would be 24 minutes. There is a reason it is called fast food. I asked for the District Manager phone number and was told they didn't have it. Very disappointed- They might as well close down.
Food was not even average. Quarter pound cheeseburger was so small compared to competitors. Only two people, including myself in the drive-thru and it still took over 10 minutes. The cost is high compared to competitors in the area too. Will not go back.

I went through the drive thru and was supposed to get a large roast beef meal. I was driving out of the area and didn't check the order before I left the drive-thru. I definitely didn't get what I ordered and if I did then the price doesn't match the food. The meal was $13 and was the size of what looked to me like a kids meal.

Great food but the manager ran her mouth the whole time giving a motivation speech to her staff....for over 15 min....wuh the hell. I felt bad for the aaron guy working....lol.
