I had a problem with an online order and the manager Salim made it right. What a great guy and the food is good I want to thank Shake Shack for having him as a manager he is a very nice man. Very professional.
Update: Do not order online, the order does not appear in the restaurant que until at least 20 minutes after you order. Takes waaaay too long.
Shake Shake has my favorite veggie burger so I am thrilled they have come out to Gainesville. The wait was about 20 minutes for food, as to be expected as it is very new and highly anticipated. We will be back for sure, glad to have more variety!
