So we pre ordered from here as to skip the wait..... didnt happen.... still had to wait in line for over an hour..... got 3 people from the register then they said they would take pre orders.... pre ordered certain sides thinking they would be held..... nope wrong yet again.... I would expect that if you have an online option where you pick said sides then that's what your going to get. Not sell it to whoever is there. Kind of a slap in the face if you ask me. Won't be doing this again.... could have gone to the grocery store myself and got exactly what we wanted and been out faster then I was at honey backed hame gainesville va. Step it up management!!!!!!

Don't get out here often but when I do I like the Dagwood. Today was great Ms Katherine helped me and was such a delight. She kept checking on me and seeing if I needed something. It's great to know in the world we live in, that there is still beautiful people with such kindness around. Thank you so much Katherine for being so nice and making lunch a great experience.

I frequent this location at least once a month and the good folks here never disappoint. The staff do seem a bit timid but they are consistently pleasant and do offer up conversation. I also appreciate when they swing by my table to inquire about my satisfaction. My food is always fresh, and I never have to wait too long. Also appreciate the rewards program as I seem to always have some ready for redemption.

I'm disabled and never leave the house but yesterday was my husband's 71st birthday so I thought I would gather my strength and splurge for his name day.

I asked from the smallest bone in and she kept showing me large hams, after the 3rd no they slapped another on the counter, here $50 and change opens the foil but I'm so short I can't see anything but we have been buying your Hams for decades with no issues so I said ok, I also bought 3 large sides.

I get it home open it up for his dinner and this ham is burnt jerky. I do not have the energy to take that long scary ride back to return it but would gladly show you a photo. At this point I'm not sure we will ever return. Shame on the employee for even selling me that over cooked ham.

My fiancé and I stopped in on a Saturday around noon for lunch on a whim. He had the classic turkey sandwich and I had the turkey bacon ranch. Both sandwiches were A+. The turkey bacon ranch was outstanding. Better than any other chain sandwich.

I’ve seen a few videos online about HBH so I decided to stop by to purchase a sandwich and OMG I was very impressed. I’ve tried a few different sandwiches but nothing compares to the tavern club! So so good and prices are reasonable.

Love, love, love this place! Can't beat the Daily special- sandwich, chips, drink, and a ?. Everything is fresh and delicious! Family loves visiting!

I have had my 1st bad experience with this company. I bought the honey smoked turkey breast like normal and it was nothing normal about it. It was disgusting and was able to return and get a replacement and it was very little difference. My conclusion is that the company must have changed their product or vendor . So disappointing and embarrassing when you have company waiting to eat and everyone threw it in the trash. All changes are not for the good. I won’t be back.

They don't honor company rewards, and many customers in line were denied this service despite company stating in store support on the website order for location(s). Expiring credits of 9 dollars per customer if not more is b.s. for a hundred twenty dollar ham. But hey, I got 9 more dollars of ham awards today I can't spend.The website for the company explains that stores may not participate; however, this is not connected to the ordering process. If one of the three stores in this area would honor these rewards the company makes it difficult to decipher or redeem so this review is against this whole ordering process as fraudulent advertising or deceptive marketing.Stores may be franchises or whatever but standards are made for a reason. This leads to a lack of quality in customer experience and service.

Always a great product. A bit overpriced, but I guess you pay for brand recognition. Get in the rewards program, the points will add up quickly.
