My friend and I stopped by this Cafe for a morning coffee and it was so good! I had a biscoff cookie latte and a ham and cheese croissant. The only critique I have is that the drip coffee couldve been a little hotter.
While exploring the area, I stumbled upon this little gem, and I'm so glad I did. I tried their signature drink, the Titanic, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I was not disappointed. I also had one of their pastries, which was absolutely delicious.

After all these years of coming to Trummer’s in Gainesville, Joy continues to be my go-to barista. She is incredibly attentive, remembers all my favorite drinks, and truly runs the place as if it were her own. Once you get to know her, you really appreciate the exceptional customer service she provides and, just like her name, she does it all with joy! Management should know what an asset she is.
