Got the small Mediterranean bowl, which comes in a 24oz and 32oz bowl size. I got the 24oz size which, even for a larger gentleman like me, was a lot. Everything tasted freshly prepared and felt like a good value for the amount of food. They only offer beverages in bottles and cans. Generous portions of healthy, fresh Mediterranean food. This is a welcome oasis if you're on a road trip and growing weary of fried heavy fastfood. The service was friendly and quick. You can watch them assemble your bowl. I had a create-your-own bowl which included tofu. The tofu was the star of the show and very well-prepared. My husband chose chicken for his protein and said that it was quite good. Highly recommend. It's similar to Cava or Mezeh.
This was my first time ordering from Boosted Bowls. It was delicious! I ordered through Doordash and picked it up. Online ordering was easy. Staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was very clean & organized.
