Pretty sure I was the last customer of the night when I came but that's still no excuse for my waffle fries being old and hard to chew, my hush-puppies were the same as the fries. The coleslaw was okay besides the fact that there was like giant pieces of cabbage in it and it was slightly dry, only thing that was fresh was the fish and I would have preferred it to be less greasy. Tastes exactly the same as when I was a kid. I always get the chicken and fish platter, and the bottom of the plate is filled with those little crunchies I loved as a kid. Every time we're I'm in Galax, we have lunch here. Highly recommend.
Very good food! I love LJS! It's a very underrated restaurant. We don't have but this one anywhere in our area. I have no idea where the next closest is.
