This is such a beautiful place!! They could serve filet mignon in here, it's that nice. Beautiful decor, fireplace, big ceilings (we noticed one high-up lampshade was instalation backwards lol). Good food. I tried the stew. Delicious! But such a teeny tiny portion for seven dollars. It needs to come with bread. They offered saltines but then didn't give them. Also the mozzarella sticks came with no dipping sauce. I had to go back to the counter twice for those 2 things. Also they need a menu that people waiting in line can read. Like high up instead of those 3 photos. We had to wait till we got to the register to even see what they offer, then holding up the line while we decided. All in all it was good!

This would be a 5 star experience were it not for the attitude of the cashier who took our order. I felt as if I was bothering her asking questions about the menu and she came across as quite rude. Oh well, maybe she was just having a bad day. Otherwise, the other employees were extremely friendly. For that reason I am giving 4 stars. The food was tasty and the restaurant was very clean and inviting.

This will be a mixed review because there are pros and cons. My special needs son and I go to this Arby’s every week on Monday or Tuesday on the way to something he enjoys every week and usually hit the drive through. The food has always been consistently good and the staff is always very pleasant. My main issue is just simple carelessness in filling the orders. I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single week for at least the last three or four months there has been at least one mistake in filling the order. Many of these we catch before we leave the store by digging through the bag (I’ve learned we need to do that now) but many we don’t know until we’re away from there and is too late. This week I ordered diet lemonade and got water; last week we ordered mozzarella sticks and didn’t get them; week before that we didn’t get salad dressing; often we get there and find we didn’t get a fork, which makes eating a salad or Mac and cheese difficult; no straws; coke instead of tea, etc. It goes on and on. I’m really not being mean because they are truly friendly and the food is good, but maybe they need to slow down and just double check. Now, on the other end of the spectrum is Michelle, one of the employees that treats us so nicely. She has taken such a sweet interest in my son and always takes the time to give him a big smile and have a chat with him. He looks forward to seeing her. She wasn’t there tonight and he was bummed. Often, she’ll do something special for him, too, and we adore her! So, Arby’s, please don’t take this as a bad review, but more just a suggestion to put a bit more effort into making sure things are right before meals get sent out. Thanks!

Beautiful restaurant but the service here stinks. There was a young boy working the register & he just had a terrible attitude. He just seemed like he was not happy 2 b there. We had 2 ask 4 our cups & they 4got our mozzarella sticks so we had 2 ask 4 them. The boy needs 2 find another job bc he doesn't have the attitude 2 b working @ a restaurant dealing with customers. No welcome, no smile nothing but a sour look on his face. I wish I had got his name but I didn't, I was just ready 2 get my food & get out & by the way the food ended up 2 b amazing. It was fresh so @ least the food was good. I usually have good experiences @ Arby's & 2 b such a beautiful building it really stinks that the customer service is that bad. My visit was on Dec 13th, 2024 around 6pm. The restaurant is gorgeous, everything is clean even the bathrooms, so sad the employees r not happy 2 b there.

Left my chives off deluxe potato. The Brunswick was very good and the zucchini muffins were delicious. This is the washington hwy location. Not Brook rd Location makes a difference believe me. It's strange to say, but this is one of the nicest fast-food restaurants you will ever see. How often can you eat by the fire?
And do yourself a favor, try the roasted chicken and the zucchini muffins. Absolutely wonderful!
