Atmosphere is an 11! It’s like being inside a wilderness lodge! Even the carpet under the 8 person table is spotless. This place is so relaxing. Napkins at the table? Wow.
Oh and the Reuben restored my faith in the food. Maybe it was just this one but I’m definitely completely coming back. Thanks Tim!

I called because of a not so good experience last Sunday with my order. The food wasn't fresh. So today the manager replaced my entire order and he apologized for the issue. He even shook my hand. My order was hot and fresh this time. This is excellent customer service and I will be back.

Been here before, but this is a crazy Arby's. Beautiful inside. They were a little understaffed and not terribly fast. They have a couple of other restaurants inside too, which I've never seen open.
Looking forward to the ususlly wonderful roast beef sandwhich a nd curly fries.... got a stale bun with dried up meat and leftover nubs of fries. So disapointed!!

This is the most amazing Arby's that I have ever seen! It looks like a more upscale restaurant, and the staff were very friendly and actually came out to check on how our food was. Next time I am in Richmond, I will definitely be coming back here.

I love eating at Arby's .I always get the roast beef sandwich with the curly fries. They have some of the best curly fries I have ever eaten and they always have wonderful people working there. And sometimes I get the baked potato
