Excellent food and service on a late Sunday night! Mandy was our server and was great. Fish & chips, crusted trout and stuffed cod were our entrees, all very good!

We usually love Bonefish Grill and go frequently! The food was great, but three of us have experienced digestive upset last night and this morning. While we ordered different entrees, we all ate the appetizer, so we're guessing that's what it was. Bonefish was made aware. We will continue to eat at Bonefish because we love their food and service is always excellent.

Terrible service. After waiting for 20 minutes, we had to go to ask host for our server. It took much longer than usual for our food to arrive. No one checked in while we were eating our meal. Again, we had to get up reach out to the server ourselves to ask for dessert menu. After waiting for 30 minutes for our coffee, we gave up and asked host to give us the bill. We routinely dine at Bone Fish Grill but it was the first time at this location. Manager gave us a standard response that he will look in to our concerns but no apologies for their terrible. I think this location needs better leadership.

Absolutely amazing visit!!!! Our server who was also the bartender Kage was beyond 5 star. He made our visit great was on point recommendation of food dishes. First time visiting in Richmond but won’t be out last. Food amazing cooked perfect. But the server and manage made it complete

We have always went to Bonefish for there Bang Bang Shrimp it was always delicious! But this time it was terrible just fried shrimp with no Bang! No spicy or flavor! I also got the corn & crab chowder like always! Stuff was added to it not the same flavor! The manager gave us the money back on the Bang Bang shrimp! Threw it away not good! Won't be back for awhile! Hope things taste good next time! Thanks Linda Hall

This was a special bourbon pairing 4 course dinner. The staff was friendly and very organized. They kept the event flowing at a good, not rushed, pace. All of the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. If they did this again next week I would sign up. It was a fun evening. Well done, Bonefish Grill!!
