Customer service non-existent. Out of the 4 Desserts we got, 2 were amazing, 1 was okay and other was just not it. Would give another chance though!

Have tried another Brecotea before and was disappointed by the taste, but we had time to kill in the neighborhood and the pictures looked good on Google. The selection, taste and prices here are definitely significantly better than the other location - like edible - but both of the things we got were 95% bread and 5% any other ingredients that would differentiate them from “just bread”. Unless you count air as an ingredient, they were also both like 30% air. So it kinda makes the good deal of stuff being $3-6 dollars feel like a scam after you bite into it. Music was way too loud and staff vibe was weird. Display cakes are pretty to look at! Wouldn’t come again although I hear their bubble tea is better.
Adorable idea! Food is tasty when it is heated up. Delicious pastries. Very friendly staff.

This place is visually appealing and that’s it, do not get food from here or you’ll be disappointed.
Tl;Dr
- Pastries are mostly air and it’s not funny, it’s sad
- Custard is flavorless, but the flavor it does have is just egg and butter. It tastes like I’m eating an egg yolk with butter on it…
- Curry Buns have zero flavor or crunch to them
- Red Bean Paste Buns are BITTER
- Chocolate Danish is 98% bread and 2% Chocolate
- Cream ONLY tastes like butter
My fiancé and I were very excited to try this
place, especially after walking in and seeing the glass wall of goodies and being reminded of our time in Japan. But little did we know how disappointed we’d be. We got concerned when they didn’t take any of our hot stuff to “cook” or “heat”. They half hazardously out our stuff in boxes, so some stuff came out better than others. But in the end we realized we’re never coming back. I know the joke is “it’s mostly air” when it’s not filled to the brim with whatever the filling is, but these are ACTUALLY just air. It’s so sad that you night into a custard bun, and the custard is just a block at the bottom center and the rest of everything is air. Chocolate danish? Air. Curry bun? Air. You’ll never have to worry about biting into something and it bursting out, because you’ll be lucky if there’s anything in there to begin with. Custard tastes like butter or it’ll taste like egg yolk, or you’ll get luck and it tastes like both. But never does it taste good.
DO NOT COME HERE.

A very bright interior with plenty of natural day light shining through to showcase this very clean and inviting place. The pastry looked and tasted incredible. We had the cranberry almond pastry and the curry chicken bun. Both were delectable and fresh.
The coffee ( lattes) had robust flavor and served up promptly. When they were ready, my wife had slipped away from the table; when the young lady saw I was busy tending to our service dog she took the drinks off the pick up counter and delivered them to our counter. These attention to details set apart 5 star establishments like this from the pedestrian ones. Two thumbs up and we will definitely return often to BRECOTEA! You would have figured out the acronym for this amazing cafe. BREad COffee TEA

I find the pastries quite dry and bland
This used to be my favorite bakery mini chain and I think it still is! Loved their sweet buns and also savory ones with pork flops and green onions

First time in. Food was pretty good, wasn't really sure what to expect. Boba tea was okay, kind of lacking in flavor. BUT, why on earth is the music so loud!

Don't just look at the online menu. Go inside, your mind will be blown. It took me at least 10 minutes to make a selection.... everything looks so good!

Tiffany is the best. I love her so much. She is so sweet and makes the best drinks. I recommend going there — such a nice, cute place.

Yummy pastries and drinks. I tried their specialty butterfly drink and it was tart and refreshing and not too sweet.
I just wish they didn’t have default toppings on the menu :( I like fruit tea but hate crystal boba or whatever
I was quite disappointed today. I bought a milk loaf, and when I got home, I noticed it had a really sour smell - its gone bad, I also bought several small cakes, and every single one had an unpleasantly wet and soggy texture, as if they were not properly baked or stored. To make things worse, I even found a strand of hair inside one of the cake I purchased. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. However, I did try their passion fruit sparkling tea, and it was far too sweet for me, with barely any passion fruit flavor. That one was a bit disappointing too

Super good!!! Nothing bad to say about our visit. The place was clean, the staff extremely friendly, and the variety of flavors is appreciated. They also have milk alternatives: almond and oat.
