Food was cold and our server Kieran gave us poor service,had to ask other waiters for help with stuff...kids should not being waiting on adults,that lady manger needs to be fired,so rude.

I'm disabled and can't stand up that long or walk. Every table up close was filled with dishes. 30 min lunch into a hour and fifteen. I lost my appetite after the prior service entering the restaurant and treatment. Only reason why i stayed was because i had to take my medication. Unacceptable service.

Placed a to go order with ease and it was ready when I arrived. I ordered the lunch patty melt and upgraded to wedges and omg it was perfect! Generous amount of bacon and just all went well together!!!

Our server was absolutely awful! Do not come here!!!!!!! Trash establishment. Should be shut down.

Food was served cold. Saw our server meme sit down numerous times. She also didn’t refill our drinks went the whole meal without anything to drink. For 55 dollars I would at least expect warm food and a refill.

I had ordered two separate orders on the same night from this location because the first order was missing half the stuff and the second order wasn’t even what I ordered at all. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but the staff clearly cannot read the tickets coming in and to have both orders messed up within 20 mins of each other is absolutely insane. It’s one thing to mess up once but consecutively? I will not be purchasing from this location and probably BWW period because it’s clear the level of service has died along with its other locations.

This is twice now where they were out of food items. Last time it was the mozzarella sticks
and this time it was sub rolls. We ordered the endless appetizers but our waitress was MIA so we couldn’t reorder or get drink refills. Definitely won’t visit this location ever again. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
