My fiance and I came from the BWW off w broad after the terrible service, and man am I glad we came here. Maria was a PHENOMENAL server. Super sweet and refreshing after how awful the other one was. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was nice. Highly recommend, thank you again Maria!

I wish I could give this place a negative star. I can't even rate the service because by the time the server came, she brought her attitude with her like we did something to her. This was my first & last time coming here. DO BETTER!

Such poor management, bad service and unclean.
At first the manager was super friendly, after waiting a little long for our food, one order was incorrect and another was disgusting . The manager would not refund the one order (an appetizer)until he rudely took my plate from in front of me. The service was non existent. The floors had trash everywhere and all the tables were dirty. They weren’t even busy, everyone was standing around and would clean the tables as customers arrived.
Obviously poor management. When the manager is standing around talking to the staff, guess what the staff is not doing…. Their job!

I live 2 mins from Buffalo Wild Wings my food was cold I spent to much money.

Great quality and atmosphere at this particular bdubs. Staff seems well trained and friendly as well. Recommend.

Their recent renovations has really helped as the bathrooms were previously a disgusting slip and slide. But seem to now be improved. Service is generally decent, especially if you get Andrew in the bar area, he hustles and is on it. Food, it’s ok, it’s a BWWs. Sometimes the wings are perfect, sometimes there’s barely any sauce. Their new sandwiches are solid as are the street tacos. They could improve their big game atmosphere a bit IMO

Andrew at this location is so amazing and efficient!! He took such great care of us and truly cares about his customers and making sure they are satisfied. Make him the manager!

Why would a sports bar play music instead of the game?

I am writing to let you all know how terrible our families experience at the Glen Allen, Virginia location was. I’m beyond upset and they ruined my birthday. The manager yelled and shouted at us after we asked where are nachos were saying other people ordered first when the people we were sitting with ordered cheese sticks at the SAME time we ordered our nachos appetizer and they got their cheese sticks 45 minutes before we got our nachos. Then once the main course came we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our sons grilled cheese to come and my husbands basket of potato wedges all while the manager had a nasty, belittling, condescending attitude towards us. I do hope these issues are addressed as they ruined not only our meal but my birthday as well.

Not bad, but I got Guac with my chips in queso which is a $2 add on and they gave me a ramekin of smashed avocado with zero seasoning. Shame. Sadness. But the kind waitress did remove it from my bill. Service got 3 stars just because I asked for a water and never got it.

Third time at this location, again several issues with food temperature, long waiting times, no a good experience
