Buffalo Wild Wings

I literally just tried to order almost 80 worth of food, on a delivery service, and someone was able to take my order, I’ve spoken to every driver that went down there (because they never told them to pass along the message ig) and apparently someone took my order. They didn’t remake, and I was still charged for the food.

Delivered cold food, no dressing for salad, and cant even process a refund. Gave them a second chance from horrible service in store. And cant forget, they expect you to drive to them to fix the issues, theres a reason i ordered a delivery and not carry out.... Definitely wouldnt recommend this store. Adds to the horrible service at all BWW

Made the last minute call to visit BW3 just as the Duke/NDSU game was beginning Friday night, March 22nd. The place was packed. My wife and I waited patiently as the two hosts scrambled to take care of some impatient customers. We had the best seat in the house watching my Blue Devils from the host station. Within 10 minutes we were seated front and center of the largest screen with my boys playing. Sam was our waiter. This young man was upbeat and checked on us more that I expected on such a busy night. Thanks for turning what could have been a stressful night into a great evening. Did I mention my wife is 5 months pregnant and she smiled the entire evening.

First of all me and my partner arrived here around midnight, and expected some quick service not because it's late but just because of the fact that when we got in there it wasn't that many people it was more people at the bar then it was people sitting down inside the restaurant, long story short never again...

Ordered the chips and trio dips. Says it is house made. The queso was good and the guacamole ok. The salsa was like the worst jarred you can buy. I mentioned it and was told oh that is premade. Not house made. Disappointed

This place sucks not once not twice but three times now they have screwed me over saying my order will be ready at this time I arrive and I end up sitting and waiting for 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to to be ready this is the most easy job for people to work and they can’t even seem to do it right no one was at the counter had to wait for someone to come to counter then asked my name said your order just popped up when I ordered 20 minutes ago this is very unprofessional and I’m wandering why people that have such easy job can’t do anything right or have it ready on time especially when they aren’t even that busy it just plain stupidity and it should not be tolerated or allowed to make someone wait 20-30 minutes past the time there food was suppose to be ready it’s ridiculous and insanity this place is super dysfunctional and the people don’t seem to care at all this place is honestly a disappointment to all Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed online order and picked wings & fries up 11/2/2025. Got home and Asian zing wings were fine. Original buffalo were dried up and missing meat. Looked like they'd been removed from others plates and put in my to-go order. Fries were dried up and hard like they'd been sitting under heat lamp. If you eat here, eat in the dining area because the food to go is not good. This is the second time this has happened. Supposedly, I will get a partial refund in 8 to 14 days. We will see.
Paid $23 for 20 wing/fries bundle and all that was edible and eaten were 10 Asian zing wings. ALL of the original buffalo wings (10) and all of the fries were thrown in trashcan.

The food was fine. It was typical Buffalo Wild Wings. The server disappeared for a long time after I was ready to pay. The worst part is that a woman in the bar area was vaping and was allowed to continue. That smell was not a good mix with my food.

Me and some of my buddies went there fror dinner I had the paty melt it was delicious I love eating at buffalo wild wings. It was cooked right . The service was wonderful the atmosphere was wonderful the price was wonderful. Everyone at Buffalo wild wings was wonderful the staff was real nice .my overall impression was wonderful as always.

I’ve been many times, Christal, Elizabeth, Jessica, Tim, or Andrew are the servers you need to ask for! Josie the manager is amazing, very professional and personable. Drinks are great!! Gotta give it to all the staff. The servers and bartenders are great!!!!

Good Food , good atmosphere, good waitresses and fun place, the men restroom could be check on more often during the day last time went in the men room it was kinda disgusting 🫣
