Good wings but a bit slow

Poor take out service...waited over ten minutes for help with no one to show but yet u can hear all kinds of loud talking coming from behind the kitchen...(Laughing,joking)..just to have to get a waitress attention to get me help from the back just for it to have to be her to ring me up because no one STILL wouldn't come from the back kitchen take out area to see if someone needed help... thankfully the waitress was nice and helped me(wish I knew her name). because if it wasn't for her and the fact that I do love your sauces which is what I was there to purchase that day(5 bottles) total...I would have left out and never patronage the store again...so you have that lovely young lady at the Glen Allen store to thank for that

Went for lunch on a company meeting. It's wasn't busy so I expected the food to be right. I mean fresh, hot, exceptional. The trio of wings I got was otherwise. Warm and dry. When working with a large party, the food must come out when it's ready and not necessarily all together, especially in an establishment like this. Not bad just a little disappointed. 10 years of restaurant experience speaking here in my younger years. The pickles and dip was awesome.
